Story of Roganic
How the Story Started
Marylebone, London 2011
Roganic first opened in 2011 in Marylebone as Simon's first restaurant in London. Running as a two-year pop-up, it shared the same core values as flagship L'Enclume, which included using only the most exceptional produce from the country's best suppliers, including Simon's own 'Our Farm' in the Lake District.
Roganic created huge excitement across London's food scene, earning it widespread respect and glowing reviews. Friendships were forged over that time, and many team members have gone on to great things, including our executive chef, Oli Marlow, who was a Chef de Partie back then.
Return to London
Marylebone, London 2016Â
Five years after the pop-up came to an end, Roganic returned to London, much to the excitement of Simon and the guests who had dined there.Â
With its city-centric farm-to-table focus, just months after opening, Roganic was awarded a Michelin star and received rave reviews from critics and guests alike.
A New Territory for Roganic
